Michael Sullivan

Michael Sullivan is an experienced personal injury attorney specializing in civil litigation matters. Mr. Sullivan is the Department Chair of Legal Studies at Brookdale Community College and was a long-standing faculty member at Fairleigh Dickenson University. Mr. Sullivan has also served as a recognized higher education consultant for law focused programs where he has assisted in curriculum writing, program assessment, and instructional development.
Mr. Sullivan has extensive lecturing experience at a state and national level and was a founding member of the New Jersey Legal Training Academy and the Paralegal Education Group. He has lectured for the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Paralegal Association of New Jersey, the South Jersey Paralegal Association, and the National Federation of Paralegal Associations and has been the keynote speaker at the New Jersey Paralegal Convention. Mr. Sullivan has worked as an editor and author of several publications focusing on legal ethics and professional responsibility.
Mr. Sullivan is admitted to the New Jersey Bar as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is a graduate of Brookdale Community College where he received an A.S. Degree in Criminal Justice in 1999. He received his B.A. Degree in Criminal Justice from Stockton University in 2001. He received his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2004 while serving as a Teaching Fellow in the Academic Support Program. Following law school, he served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Robert W. O’Hagan in the Monmouth County Superior Court, Civil Division. Prior to joining Noonan & McMahon, Mr. Sullivan litigated complex civil litigation matters in both state and federal courts.
