Michael S Noonan

Personal Injury Lawyer

Michael Noonan is an experienced and relentless personal injury attorney.  His accomplishments have been recognized by SuperLawyers Magazine, The National Trial Lawyers and The Best Lawyers in America. The results he has achieved throughout his career speak for themselves.  Some of those results include millions of dollars in personal injury recoveries, as well as dismissals and not-guilty verdicts in high-stakes criminal prosecutions.

Michael has honed his advocacy skills since attending law school.  He began at Delaware Law School as a member of the trial team which traveled the country competing in mock trial events.  He graduated cum laude with specific honors and distinction in trial advocacy.  In addition to his law degree, Michael went on to obtain an LLM in trial advocacy from Beasley School of Law at Temple University, one of the leading trial schools in the nation.

Upon graduation, Michael began taking on criminal cases.  He successfully handled very serious criminal cases obtaining not-guilty verdicts and case dismissals.  Some of those cases include a not-guilty verdict in a highly publicized vehicular homicide trial, a successful appeal against the Department of Justice in the Third Circuit, and numerous successful motions to suppress evidence across the State of New Jersey.

Early in his career, while litigating serious criminal cases, Michael began to take on more and more personal injury cases.  He had the privilege of working under and being trained by one of the top civil attorneys in the nation.  He was soon handling serious personal injury cases of his own and obtaining substantial recoveries on behalf of his clients.  The significant recoveries he has obtained have been featured in the New Jersey Law Journal as well as Verdict Search Magazine.

Today, Michael is a named partner at the law firm of Noonan Law, LLC.  The firm is a litigation boutique in Freehold, New Jersey.  The firm does not employ young associates or inexperienced lawyers.  When you retain Noonan Law, LLC, you are hiring Michael and his partner Charlie directly.  You retain experienced, aggressive trial lawyers with vast experience and knowledge.  You will have their one on one, personal attention.  In a personal injury case specifically, you will also benefit from their “no fee unless you win guarantee”.  That means you do not pay the firm a legal fee unless they recover money on your behalf. You can trust Noonan Law, LLC to handle your case aggressively to obtain the best result for you.
