DWI and Marijuana Possession Cases Dismissed

Ryan J. Clark recently achieved a terrific result for his client. The client was charged with a second offense DWI and Ryan was able to have the DWI charge dismissed.  A second offense DWI carries a loss of license of two years, significant fines, community service and a potential jail sentence.
Michael S. Noonan was able to obtain the dismissal of a marijuana charge for his client on the same day.  A possession of marijuana charge carries a fine, potential probation, loss of license and up to six months in the county jail.
